Well, I found a body on Suez that had no arms and legs. Why did this player's limbs become severed? Do you have any ideas?

Nop - only ordanance weapons like Grenades, Rockets and RDX(of course Vehicle weapons and the like)
BF2142 isnt the game that lets you gib enemies wolfenstein like

The Rockets will flytowards where you point but will have a certain inertia modifier preventing them from doing all too agile movements
