It does however allow the Goliath to hold still as your team mates Pilum the regeneration panels/camo up to it with RDX.

Oh Oracle, long have you known the inner workings and ways of 2142. Yet, instead of hiding your knowledge away and keeping it to yourself, you have chosen to share it with the rest of us. Many are where we are today because of your wise counsel.

Now 2142's time is at an end here at TG. So, I want to know...

Oracle, will you be present at the final 2142 battle of TG? When the last do-or-die push to Command Center at Cerbere is hastily thrown together amid orbital strikes and prayers, will you be among those rushing around the fence, krylov and frags in hand? When the enemy has held two of the control points on Tunis for too long and a squad is sent to make the last attempt to cross the barge ever, will you be running alongside us? When the PAC have taken all of Camp Gibraltar except the EU base, will you be part of the charge to re-take ruins? When a PAC squad leader is picked to cloak his way through enemy lines in Berlin, will you be spawning in, ready to wreak havoc and buy your squad leader time to make it all the way?

Will you fight with us one last time?

Um, yeah, so, are you going to be there?

I have never called upon you before through we have clashed many times on the snow capped battlefield many times before, in a by gone age...
