After being a die hard Voss man for many years, I have to agree, it is completely overrated. The default PAC weapon the Krilov is much better at range, and has better stopping power. The EU Scar, while not as accurate as the Krilov still much better at range than the Voss.
The Baur is great at range, but is really best when used in single shot. Close up the 20 round clip is just not worth it.
