Re: Mouse buttons...
I have an older Logitech MX Laser mouse. I used to have the side buttons rebound, but I have not made the effort to keep it that way.
Used to be
Forward Button: TS PTT
Application Switch Button: Squad VOIP
Back Button: Commander VOIP|TG-128| xXOZXx

Re: Mouse buttons...
Scroll Wheel Click: Grenades
Scroll Wheel Left: Rockets
Scroll Wheel Right: Defib
Front Thumb Button: Knife I click this when I'm out of ammo. I've set it as pistol in the past, but for some reason I'm pretty good with the knife and very bad with pistols, so if you see me running around with a knife, don't think that I'm a pubby with no regard for tickets, I'm just a guy who's out of ammo and terrible with pistols.
Back Thumb Button: Main Weapon

Re: Mouse buttons...
I have a simple mouse, too. Two buttons and a scroll wheel. I'd invest in a more expensive peripheral if fast-switching was an option.
