You need to calm down, and re-evaluate what your purpose is. If you are here truly to fix the problem, and you care to enjoy the "teamwork, communication and respect" you found before, then you need to post in a civilized, respectful, and most importantly, constructive manner.

If you feel there are problems, seperate them into paragraphs, and detail each with as much information as you can. If you feel there are people who do not act the TG way while wearing the tags, use the Contact An Admin forum above this one. This is a public discussion and it's not meant to shame specific people.

After detailing the problems, you are free to suggest solutions. Be sure that your solutions are specific and not vague. Be sure that they solve the problem, and if you don't have a solution, that's fine too. There are plenty of smart people here too, and sometimes all they need to know is that there is a problem.

Again, Devo, you sound a bit young, and your post is very emotionally charged. While I realize that you may be upset, and that you're not very happy with what you experienced, acting like a child, and especially acting out of emotion, is not going to fix anything. If you aren't interested in fixing the problem, then you oughtn't post here. These forums are not here to express your own personal frustration.

Succinctly put, Devo: if you are sincere in helping, post your criticism with specific details, use a constructive tone, proof-read your writing, and suggest a specific and do-able solution. There are a lot of people who are simply not dignifying your whining with a response. These are intelligent people and they can make change happen.

So, if you are sincere -- let's try this again. What's the problem?
