    Shuffle Teams every round. It prevents certain groups from squading up and dominating. It also gives players the chance of experiencing what happens when you go against the squad/players/armor you just played with. I like it.

    Kudo's for looking into possible solutions for the server crashing. Players switching to the winning team isn't nearly as big of a problem as one side getting killed for 10 straight rounds. I have yet to see a time where the teams were so horribly unbalanced and it wasn't announced on teamspeak and quickly fixed as quite a few skillful players moved over to the losing team.
