Well yes. But what time will change generally happen. Is there a set time or is it when some one gets around doing it?
I have a different all day, than EST, which is why I´m asking.

All day means all day. Someone will likely flip the switch after the server dies off the previous night or right when they get up in the morning.

If someone forgot to flip the switch Tuesday morning and left it like that all week, many of us wouldn't complain

This is a great idea! I've enjoyed both Infantry Only night and Large Map night. They are a great break from the monotony! There have been a rash of great tank battles.
