The 11th Airborne Infantry Regiment is Recruiting!!!

The 11th AIR is an IHS focused on Fun, Airborne Operations, Fun, Troop Insertions, Fun, Ground Based Infantry Operations, and Fun.

We're a group of guys and a gal who love to laugh and play 2142! But I'm sure you have a question or two:

"What kind of commitment does it take to join the 11th?" - The 11th AIR tries to have a night every week, where we squad together and focus on specific parts of our game. You will also be expected to be active in the 11th's forum.

"Do I have to be a pilot or gunner to join the AIR?" - Absolutely Not! The 11th is a great place to hone your aerial skills, but they are not a requirement. The 11th spends just as much time working on our ground pounding skills as we do in the air.

Once I scrounge up enough money for SM I am going to try trying out for you guys.

We are about FUN, sometimes TOO much fun

Something Smachin left out is that recently we competed in our first BFCL and it was a BLAST! There were (I think) 4 TG IHS in the ladders.

And don't be intimidated too much about the AIR portion. Heck I've been in the AIR for about a year (has it been that long?!?) and still cannot fly

One last thing, be prepared for some late nights (sometimes past 3am! I <3 pubbie raids)

I will say with the guidance of some senior 11th members, I became the DrBeat that I am today. After a year in the 11th AIR I couldn't even think of leaving.

I've had tons of fun with the 11th and made some great friends.

11th Airborne Infantry... What can I say. They have been great to me and my family. Easy and willing to work with you. Great attitudes, great players, and always a blast to play with.

So I would like to give my thanks to the 11th for being a great IHS and a family to me and my family.
