Greyed

This works in pretty much every other FPS. Take one of them out before they take you out and you've really lost nothing. Take 2 out and you're ahead. But BF2142 isn't every other FPS, especially on TG because of two factors. Defib in every assault kit and kit swapping.

Even if you take out 5 of the 6 that 6th just needs to kit-swap, if needed, and start defibbing. You've lost a ticket, they have lost a little time, nothing more.

You have to be able to cover your kills for 15 seconds before assuring that the other person really is down. Something that is nearly impossible to do when you've closed to knife range against gun wielding opponents.

Nine.Thousand

Well yeah, obviously if your squad is far away you wouldn't run in and get yourself killed. A reviving squad is a squad that isn't fighting back though.

Suez Canal, mini conquest, pubby-raid.
A bunch of my team without transport, sprinting along the bridge, me at the front, about 3/4 of the way along.
Enemy buggy at the other end of the bridge, driving straight at me.
*Mini-explosion* buggy hits a mine and hops a foot into the air while spinning slightly to his right, proceeding to drive straight into a wall.
The buggy gets turned around, with it's back now facing me.
Buggy reverses; slow enough to push me rather than kill me, and then drives forwards and left...continuing along the bridge in the original direction, straight at about 3 teamates and a squad mate, it gets within a few metres of the first guy...
Me: "Watch this"
*BOOM* Buggy explodes.

What happened? I was putting RDX on it while it tried to run me down XD
Not a WTF moment for me, but a couple strange moments and a big shock for the driver I'm sure.

Suez Canal Titan
The enemy titan shield is down, so I spawn on one of our APCs on the bridge, hit f3, right click. I get about 3/4 of the way up and suddenly my pod starts spinning like crazy and coming back down. I think "Did I hit the titan?" but then I see I had killed 3 people. The game ends a few seconds later so I don't get to figure it out. I look back on the BR files and see that I had podded into an enemy airtrans coming out of the titan!

As of late, my worst wtf moment was when I tried tossing rdx out the back of a moving FAV, but instead the rdx got stuck on the FAV... Sadly, I ended up tk'ing my squad leader and a fellow squad member.

This happened the same round the Mr. Jengles mentioned a few posts earlier.
