You do have access after the game, the BR file is stored on the TG server. Go to your 2142 menu and click Community > Battlerecorder
Here you see a list of all BR files you have played sorted by date, with named Server and Map. It's fairly simple from here on, download and play. You then have to use the 'Q' and 'T' Hud commands to control camera/soldier/speed, etc or search TG for some Battlerecorder help/tips.
