However you have the data I gave you in the CaA forum a ways back. I see the game timer almost every day and the perception some of you guys have on maps is a bit off. On average assuming the server is relatively full and the balance was pretty good.
Camp G - ~23-26 minutes(no bleed + spam gameplay = longest)
Shingle - ~20-24 minutes (bleed doesn't come into play too often)
Cerbere, Suez, Minsk - ~18-22 minutes (no bleed - rare that Minsk is even enough to last that long though)
Belgrade, Tunis, Berlin - ~17-21 minutes (lower than the above maps due to bleed on the first two and armor chewing up players on Berlin)
Verdun, Sidi, Shuhia - ~14-18 minutes (bleed effect + 200 tickets = shortest maps)
Margin of error of course but that is about the best I can do in regards to averages.

It is really hard to do something systematic and control for player counts, but cc does show the time at the end if I recall correctly.
With the exception of camp g, I got different results (relative speaking, I don't remember the numbers). To be fair, this was a bit ago (when I had cc access) and its possible that playing two rounds in each map changed things (even after dividing in half).
When I looked at it, suez was by far the longest, even outstripping camp g.
Oh, and that was also before shingle which ill buy as a somewhat long map.
Quick question: could we put timers on and keep it ranked? Nothing too severe, but a 25 minute limit would prevent the worst games (like the 50 min game of suez I played the other day... [Made it a point to time that one, though I admit it was an abberation]).
I don't know if I really want a limit, but it's something to think about.
While were discussing a real limit, why not do a 60 minute limit? That way people can easily see for themselves how long games are going on. It wouldn't be scientific ("well, last round was 50 minutes on suez" is hardly compelling if the other rounds aren't similar), but it might help without limiting us
