Where can I get it?

I heard they had been using it, to their credit because it's a nice map for training, events, etc, but it's been around awhile. We (as in TG) had a couple custom map events back in Summer of 08 or so, and I remember it from back then.

how do you play on custom maps once you download them and put them in the right folder?

You click multiplayer then click the local button. Then click the create button and it should be in the map list to the left. You might need to turn the mode to conquest first.
