In all honesty though, the 3rd is recruiting. We're looking to fill 2-3 slots on the roster.

What are we looking for?

1) Disciplined teamwork. People able to follow orders precisely and quickly. Who put their team ahead of themselves.

2) Above-average shooting skills. If you lose most of your 1 vs 1s, probably not the place for you.

3) Situational Awareness. Knowing what is going on around you.

4) Good attitude. If you're a whiner, a rage-quitter, or otherwise have emotional issues while playing 2142, look elsewhere.

5) Someone we like. Vague, I know but we're a close-knit team of friends, and if we don't get along with you that's a problem!

Please remember you must be a supporting member to be able to join the 3rd. And yes people really will call you elitist without knowing you. But you'll be joining one of TG's most storied and successful In House Squads!

Will you accept try outs from out IHS members? if they have permission from their leader?
