First, Welcome Alvin ! I'm taking your action as a compliment for all TG members. About the vids, I agree with Lorax, more squad level would be nice. Otherwise, the vid is very well made. Thumb's up !

If you want to take on-board what the guys are mentioning above then just look me up in TeamSpeak and I'll round-up some of the gang and we can run through some action/teamwork drills for you to record on an empty server (we'll try not to kill the camera man )

Thanks for the comments, guys. About the squadplay, I was trying to incorporate that into the movie, and I do have some great "team moments" but it didn't fit this particular movie. It needed the action elements. The next one will be a bit slower in pace and longer perhaps, and then I´ll highlight squadplay. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
INSUNABULA: I´ll definitely will take you up on that offer, thanks. Getting actors for the shots would be great.
