Public Apology
Last night, after playing for many hours, Zhohar had made a comment about the admins moving people to the other side and changing the teams up0 due to one side losing terribly 8 games in a row. Eroak had already randomized the players and that apparently had no effect. The phrase "Teamstacking" came up once agin and I literally went off. There was a public exchange between Zhohar and myself and that should have not happened..period.
To clarify, Zhohar was trying to make the experience better for everyone and as an admin we expect the community to step up and make it better also, without intervention. Zhohar took the initiative to say something and I bit his head off, not right and not fair.
I say this because I did this in public and therefore owe him a public apology, as I do the community.
To Zhohar and the community, I am truly sorry for letting the emotion of the moment get the better side of me and cutting loose.

Re: Public Apology
I was there for the randomise and as random is random - is completly failed this time. It made the team that had won last 3 game even stronger. Zhohar switched over to the weaker side even - could have been so much more potential domination.
Before you pull my eyebals out - I was on the side that got shafted

Re: Public Apology
Fubar, I am sure Zhohar will forgive and forget.
Two of the biggest names at TG had an incident and you have shown that you are big enough to admit it. Kudos for that

Re: Public Apology
I also switched to the loosing team last night, and still lost haha, so i don't remember any of this argument. I had company over last night also, that could have been during my absence of entertaining them. I agree very good times.

Re: Public Apology
Good for you for stepping up and clearing the air. To comment on the sides, we would have been able to "randomize" ourselves, as is usually done, but when I tried to move or have some move to my side (the losing side) I found the game wouldn't let us move. I don't know if it was just for the round I tried or if it stayed that way, but not-allowing members to switch in my opinion hurts the team balance even if it's meant to help.

Re: Public Apology
I'm glad to have this cleared, it was a bit awkward in the channel during the exchange.
I will say, once auto balance was turned on we couldn't even try to self regulate, but I agree, the randomization was needed even if it didn't help.

Re: Public Apology
I was forced to resort to the randomize. I was hoping for 3 rounds that the players would balance out the teams, but no one swtiched until the random went though :\
One of them nights where the players didn't notice and were cought up in the games at flags and not the big picture.
This wasn't anyone's fault.

Re: Public Apology
Damn it! I always miss the best action!!!! (-; My way of randomizing and evening out the squads is either to leave and come back at later time or go to a different server.
MDFubar - whatever happened, happened for a reason... Now get your toys together, kiss and make up. Kudos for coming out! (-:

Re: Public Apology
For the record, Zhohar and I had things resolved before getting back in the game. The reason for this post is that I reacted in public and feel that the apology also needs to be public. Also, the community was owed an apology for it even occuring. It is all water under the bridge and we should all move on and remember that emotions can run high, even in the game and amongst people that get along great.
