As many have said, rocket use does not equate to rocket spam.

Rocket spam is when you are using rockets in entirely superflous quantities into an area that you EXPECT the enemy to be, or PRESUME they are located. Similarly in COD4 where people 'wall spam'... they take an HMG and just spray every wall surface looking for hit indicators. In this manner, it does not take skill to kill a person, it is merely brute force.

Rocket use can be rocket spam, it can also just be firing off a single rocket then finishing them off with an AR. Not immensely efficient, perhaps, but darn cool and deserves a bit of respect, even if you're the one that ate it.

This is the kind of attitude that Zhohar is warning about. Rockets are a powerful weapon and shooting 4 rockets in order to kill people is not spam.
