Re: Bad Company 2 - further info
single player could be 2 hours long, multiplay could be only 16 player with only 4 maps, it could be really buggy. Na the first 1 was good, it can only be an improvement.

Re: Bad Company 2 - further info
Well I want to see more before I jump on the bandwagon. The player counts looks low and lots of ways to kill squishy infantry. Other than that the new engine looks nice and if I remember correctly it should all be worked out for DX11 when Win 7 hits and when Vista gets DX11 to.

Re: Bad Company 2 - further info
It looks great, but I'm still apprehensive about destructive environments. We always talk about how APCs are overpoweered because they can arc over cover, and even if they don't arc over it, their splash damage is just insane. Now imagine vehicles being able to obliterate your cover..Or how about an entire squad with grenade launchers. Hopefully they can do it in a way that means that the Battlefield is an ever-changing environment, so you have to think on your feet and no plan is set in stone, as opposed to everything just being blown to hell leaving infantry out alone in the middle of a massive plateau staring sadly at an enemy gunship and tank.

Re: Bad Company 2 - further info
I would hope that they would account for something like that. I mean, you're right. If that is the case we're in for some...interesting...times. It seems so basic though that there would be some sort of limit so that it doesn't turn into a big flat place after an orbital.
