Dont tell people they'll be banned our you'll be banned (V2.0)
The old thread was deleted but this is still very revelent. I was browsing the late night logs and some active people to the forums are up to this.
Don't tell people they'll be warned, kicked, or banned for their actions. Nor tell an admin what action to take.
Saying such actions in chat can come off negative 2 ways. First if we cannot produce the action (no admin) that person in question will feel the server is unregulated and feel there is no need to stop. It can also come of threatning to a player, causing a negative responce. We should avoid this at all costs. usally this'll always end up with negative emotions for these players whereas we might be able to recover some of these players and enjoy future rounds with them.
The proper way to go about this is to inform the player that their action is against the rules. Inform them again in the case they missed it. If not, follow reporting channels and leave it be.
Thanks guys.
