I found these 2 videos on Youtube, thought they may be useful for getting to hard-to-reach places:

The second video isn't as useful because you need a walker, supply box, or buggy for practically every one, but its still pretty cool.
I also found this one, although it deals entirely with gunships:

So, this brings me to my next point. What cool/fun/useful stunts can we do? Not only are stunts awesome but they can also provide a new tactical advantage in certain situations, where enemies are total unsuspecting.
Playing BF2142 as:
-{SXGr}- J0KerRr
-{SXGr}- x^DeTeR
I'm always open for tips, tutorials and training in the gunship while online, just ask :)
Currently taking a break from MW2, but when I play its as:
eXileD// DeTeR
Even if you don't consider that I only have 7 days played in the gunship I'm one of the best pilots in the game
I will always accept a 1v1, friendly or not

I regularly make use of ridiculous jumps to get to great vantage points. Its almost essential to being a good SL; you can get your squad into some very destructive positions. Getting to EU base quietly is a very popular one that many people know about nowadays.

Yeah sorry I guess I should have added that the gunship one is mostly just for fun, there isn't much tactical advantage to it, but the other two can be very useful.
