A light view of the hacker
I was going through Youtube today and found a very funny video on the subject of hackers. I thought I should share this to you guys considering that we had a hacker on the server the other night.

Re: A light view of the hacker
I always have a good time winning or losing, good score bad score, but people that cheat piss me off, I try not to let it get to me, I think what bothers me most is that I cant make the cheater appear in front of me at will, I totally would record me making them cry and post it online. But last night I was able to do something close to that. During a pubbie raid we had a guy that was cheating, after many trys to kick, and always just a few votes short, I began hunting him and talking trash in chat and was able to make it through enemy occupied central on shingles through cat walk, dropped on the flag, ran around the corner and knifed him in the face with his whole team watching LMAO! Told him "thats how people with skill do it " I shot him again right after that, OH it felt good. Our TG squads did awsome all night and had a good time, even with all the cheaters around.

As fun as that was, is that really the attitude we want to give off in a pubbie server or anytime? Please, I'm not talking you down, but should we as a community be talking trash to people on different servers even if they ARE hacking? I think our conduct is doubly important on public servers because we're representing the community. But this is not what this thread's about. Sorry.
That being said, it is funny.

Re: A light view of the hacker
Nice video, love the "Headshot!" part. I wish 2142 had a spectator mode like quake III, made it so much easier to spot and prove hackers were cheating when you could watch from their perspective.

I agree Oniell, call it a moment of weakness I would never try and do anything that misrepresents all the fine people here at TG. We are above that kind of attitude and lead by example. That being said, next time this happens I promise to hack his system SP, drive to there house and kick his ass personally, unless he is under 18, then I will give him a spanking and post the beating on you tube with a warning that TG is watching.
