‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the Squad House,
Not a creature was stirring, except Catman, he was chasing a mouse;
Our extra PK clips were hung by the Med Packs with care,
In hopes that soon rockets would light up the air
The recruits were nestled all snug in their beds
While visions of orbitals danced in their heads
And Drennyn with his Krylov, and I looking at the map
Had just settled down, guarding the flag from an enemy cap (out)
When out on the hills there arose such a clatter
The full squad spawned in to see what was the matter
Away from the flag I flew like a flash
‘Incoming’ I shouted, my voice like a crash
The enemy did march on the hillside below
Our bullets let fly, dropping them to the snow
When what to my wondering eyes should appear
But a scary bad walker, jutting forth like a spear
With a wily old driver, so nimble and quick
I knew in an instant, ‘this is going to hurt…’
