i'll be on tonight then, if it starts working, it's the same reason i can't play bf2142 has the same problem with bf2, "pnkbstrB.exe heart beat stop" it really annoys me, i can't play anywhere without it kicking me

dude, you just have to restart the pnkbstrB.exe in the control ctrl Alt delete panel.

when do you restart it though? when your just joining in the game again or right after you get kicked when your in the menu?
EDIT: just tried it and PnkBstrB.exe doesn't start up again when i do it, and i've got the spelling right
EDIT EDIT: even though it says the heart beats stopped, it's still running in task manager. I even tried restarting it in services.msc

idk very much either i just installed, i think it's a HUGE map pack or something and more realistic

The only way to see what the game is like is to join the POE server on a Tuesday or a Friday night and give it a go. Sometimes you can catch people on the server on a Thursday or a Sunday also.

POE also has about 28 maps to choose from so you can play for hours without playing the same map twice, ohh and there is no LAG!

EDIT:I am going pub raiding on BF2 now, so if anyone wants to join up, catch me on teamspeak in "Battlefield 2" channel.

Yup. It's not in the server list for some reason, but if you search in the vBF2 server list or join by ip (someone posted it on the previous page i think) you'll find it.
