Try the case or more likely the DVD-Drive. In my case it almost never left the drive in 4 years.

Dude, that was so awesome! Seeing you and Dorb on Bellgrade (or was it Fall of Berlin?) was funny. You guys were running wildly around in that one building doing all of those revives and it seemed that no matter how many me and Echo picked off, your squad just kept coming back.
