Hi TG 2142'ers

Hi, I am recently returning to 2142. Back when this game first came out i discovered TG and loved it. Im looking to come back to TG but whenever i come onto 2142 i can never seem to find any of your servers. I am support roles mainly (IE ammo and med have the most unlocks). I do like to SL and sometime Command but really I am a grunt at heart. I have 1.40 and 1.50 installed i tried the game with the 1.51 but it was extremely laggy and it only showed me one server online which was located in like Russia or something which explained my lag im geussing. So I uninstalled that. I dont have Northern Strike. Do i need it to play on your servers if they still exist?

I found somewhere on these forums an IP address which I think might be the right one I have not tried it yet: 64.34.163.112 <--Is this where i find you guys?

I am really looking forward to hearing from you as well as sharing shrapnel.

ok, here's something you should do. Turn all your search filters off in 2142. Then search for tacticalgamer.com and then secondly, get TeamSpeak 3. There are many different threads concerning setting up TS3 here at TG. If you want to know if our server will be active during a given night, all you would need to do is keep an eye on the TeamSpeak 3 channels used by TG.

welcome back bigmilk! hope to play with you soon. Follow what BeSeige said, and we should see you ingame. It's usually most full on Friday nights. Other days it's hit or miss.

Alright thanks. I did however go on after i posted this and use the IP address and it brought me to the tacticalgamer.com server for conquest and favorited it.

Thanks it is awesome to be back with TG. It will be nice to play with like minded people who enjoy teamwork to achieve the goal. On a side note it is extremely funny to me how many people think my name says big milk. It has gotten to the point now that when someone calls me that in game don't even correct them. It is however Big Mike, My RL friends call me it and when most of the people i meet in game hear my name they end up calling me by it. Either way ill most likely respond. Unless there is someone in squad or in game that is big milk. Ive gone entirely off topic now.
So i just want to say thanks so much for the quick replies and i look forward to seeing you on the battlefield.

Please do check teamspeak since even if the tg server is unpopulated, there might be tg players playing on other server and that way you can locate them and squad up (if you want to that is

Lol i had just came back to edit my last post and ask this.

I have been using the search bar to find the TS3 info and i am coming up short. There seems to be a bunch of threads talking about TS3 but i cant seem to find the one that i need. Is there anywhere it is stickied or a link to it would be extremely helpful
