One commander will divide the teams, making sure supporting members are chosen prior to nonsupporting members. As such, posting earlier does not give you priority over someone else

Reaper explained it quite.. explicably.
They "make plans in the tactical conflict forums and then have an epic day of killing each other with are awesome plans."
Updated Timeline Summary
February 25, 3am EST. SIGNUPS CLOSED
February 26, 1pm EST. Pickem Scrimmage*
March 12, 1pm EST. Scrimmage. (game starts an hour later)
Unrelated Pickem Scrimmage
If we get the TG server to 1.51, then we can do a Pickem Scrim. (admin said he is "sure it will be fine")
To signup, just show up on Teamspeak, 1pm EST.
Team captains will be chosen, and they will take turns picking people.
Server will be passworded, and I will take map suggestions from the people who show up.
Over my freshly pilumed body will I accept Yellow Knife.

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
It has been almost 6 months now and I am still waiting for the second peer-review report to come in for my next book (this one is on the future of television).
