Battle Hymn of the New Future
As threatened, to commemorate the passing away of the old future and the rise of the new future on the TG server, I submit to you the "Battle Hymn of the New Future."
It is to a slightly modified tune of “Revive Us Again,” which can be heard here beaten out on an old piano that is quite out of tune.
Twenty-one-forty-two is the game that we love
Whether wielding a Baur, the Clark, or Krylov!
We’ve been waiting; now it’s come and we can play it again.
With the patched game and new maps let the new fun begin.
______
The Irregs are all here with the patch on their eyes.
They had helped seed the server; they’re not such bad guys.
Rocket/Nade spam, oh the glory, now blazed out in cold mode.
But the fight is still the same, so revive and reload.
______
Twenty-one-forty-two is the real gamer’s gold
That for so long was empty and patchless and old.
We’ve been waiting; now it’s come and we can play it again.
With the patched game and new maps let the new fun begin.

something which is not everything it should be." — Edgar Allan Poe

Re: Battle Hymn of the New Future
Nice one Silent!
When I count, there are only you and I together
But when I look ahead up the white road
There is always another one walking beside you
Gliding wrapt in a brown mantle, hooded
I do not know whether a man or a woman
- But who is that on the other side of you?
