haha thats why im kinda secretly hoping we go ranked for this. They made a lot more incentive to be in squads and work together...more so than BF2. And cmon, you know its gonna be fun as hell to show off that Santa dog tag

Possibly just hire a person to admin 24/7 to boot those 'tards off the server.
Now I was thinking about it, I still wish they'd include all kits. I like being able to be in a full squad and not one person being the same kit, there is enough to go around, but in 2142 2 of your guys are going to have to be the same kit. |

yea but the kits are so customizable that 1 kit is actually 2. I believe the assault kit is assaut/medic, the engineer kit is engy or AT. Recon is spec ops or sniper, and support is well, support. If you think about it, its simpler and easier to catergorize what each kit does. Engineer will either repair or destroy vehicles. Recon is definately spec ops for asset destruction and sniper is self explanitory. Medics are almost the same as assault, they just can heal soldiers. To me it makes sense.
Check out some screen shots of the kit selections screen. I think its so cool you can pick and choose what you want to bring with you. So in actuality, youll most likely see very specialized squads and squads where no 2 squads are alike in terms of kits. The only time it will be the same is if we stay with no unlocks whatsoever. I hope there is a way we can unlock just the gadgets and not the weapons. That way we can have the toys without overpowered guns. Toys are where its at. |

One thing that really intrigues me with this title is EA/DICE's apparent continuing attempt to "force" pubbies into playing tactically. Game modes such as titan, the awaited 1.3 patch, and other factors underline this movement. I really want to see it succeed, and for TG style or near TG style play out there in the wild.
What they are attempting seems to be some sort of social engineering, and it has worked only decently thus far.
