The amount and apparent importance of unlocks in 2142 may present some challenges for us.

Thats what I was thinking, unranked server may be pretty useless for this game. This will present a challenge, I'm sure we'll be able to figure out something though. It seems you start out pretty bare and you've gotta build up. Already its obvious we won't be able to already have everything unlocked of course since server would already be delisted.

i say lets go ranked but thats just me. You know the server will always be full

Theres way too many cool toys and gadgets to miss out on all that.

But anyways, yea that battlefield network things sounds awesome. If you have every kit look at the dude you can tell what kit he has and how much health and ammo he has left...very nice incentive to play in diversified squads.

I also like that they took the 50 cal away from the tanker and made it so you need a gunner for the 50 cal. more teamwork.
