Important Info On The Beta!

Looks like you have to subscribe to fileplanet to get the beta. That sucks. Well, at least i know where ill d/l all my files from lol. Hopefully we'll get more info soon and maybe thats not the only way to be able to be in it. If not, then so much for open beta

Ill get a subcription to play it, then cancel it after its over heh.

EDIT - i doubt that this will be the only way to play but eh, what do i know...

i just got a fileplanet subscription...(im obsessed...must do whatever it takes to play this game! lol) Their dedicated servers are SUPER fast. I just d/l'ed a 50 meg file in about 25 seconds....wow. Looks like it was worth it.

I seriously hate whoever decided to create fileplanet, they are serious crooks, making people pay money to play in a open beta thats suppose to be free.

*edit, I've never antcipated a game like this, so I'm dumb enough to pay, but I still feel like I'm getting ripped hugely.

I think one option is $16 for 3 months billed quaterly

Sometimes those fileplanet exclusive betas are exclusive and sometimes they are "1 week early" exclusive to an open beta. I wouldn't go subscribing (unless you just want fileplanet) until EA clarifies.

Although no doubt that'll happen somewhere, it's probably not good to associate TG with that. And knowing fileplanet, they'll have you generate a serial by logging in on their site.
