Open Beta Starts tomorrow (Aug. 31st)
As the topic says, the open beta starts tomorrow and will run until September 12th. Then the demo should come out shortly after that. Also a new client build releases tomorrow as well. Alot of fixes supposely, Colin Clarke hasn't released a changelog yet though.

My God, who coded that website? The page where you sign up, it checks if your a subscribed member client side, disable JavaScript and you can view the page.

Secondly, all the verification is done client side as well, it doesn't actually send anything to the server. It just checks if it's ok and sends you off here:

It says you have been accepted for the beta, but I can't figure out how to get past this point without being a subscriber which sucks. Still though, pretty crapped up.|TG| Lorian

Apparently it opens at 9AM PST (obviously PDT), so 4PM UTC.

I'm tied up the rest of the day and won't get home until late this evening but since I'm seeing the reference 'open beta', is it still a limited number of keys via FilePlanet or is it I just need to sign up somewhere, get a key and download the client?
I guess I'm asking if I have a snowball's chance by the time I get home tonight.

I'm downloading the new client right now. They haven't made it public right yet, or keys. Not sure why the delay either.
