airship refers to both;
transport ship; and

the dropship has a very large difference in flight characteristics than the blackhawk.

ya you can loop it...good way to avoid AA is just to fly straight up then you can loop is back.
It gets a little weird sometimes because you can not roll it. So you can get stuck upside down sometimes. Which is of course bad.
