My turn to stir the pot :-)
What is the difference between a public and private ranked server? You can rent private ranked servers. There is only two ways I can see a server can be private. One is to password it. The other is to not have the server appear in the list of servers in the games browser. That would require everyone to enter the servers IP address to join. Is that correct?

I see nothing about a ranked server being private anywhere on the internet (nowhere that explains it anyway). Link?

Would a delisted ranked server still act as a ranked server where you could get points? If so, getting it delisted would be the same as making it invisible, join only by IP.
