I haven't welcomed anyone in ages.........soooooooo.......welcome....no........ .....a HUGE welcome to all our new players. Hope you get to play a fair few rounds before the SM script kicks you. Just remember, keep on trying to join and if all else fails.....become a supporting member!

By posting in here you are already part of our extended family!

He's plugging that Supporting Membership isn't he?

Well of course, because, to explain to anyone new: there are people who pay to keep the servers running and they can always get on because the server will kick the non-SM that has been on for the longest. That's why the server is full at 46 / 48 and there's nothing to do but keep hitting "refresh" (not update, use that after changing any requirements) until it says 45 or lower and then re-join to get back on your favourite server

Hello peeps!

Old to BF2, but new to 2142. I have to admit, I tried it a few times over the last couple of years, but just didn't get it. I gave it another shot, and me like. Thanks to the 3rd and others who both clean my clock and are spending the time to explain things to me. I still have to figure out all the cool toys, and get used to UAVs again (darn!), but I'm having a blast doing it.

Oh, hai! I wish I had a copy of Bf2142. I'm stuck with Bf2 and I have a constant 18 fps.

Well if you reconsider trying 2142 it's a great game. I used to be hooked on BF2 not the mods just the normal game. If you have any questions, please feel free to post them.
