wow, thanks. That's the kind of help i was thinking it would take some time to get. Also, does anyone know if there's like a configuration file I can download that makes the game look good, but also helps fps. Or maybe a list of commands so i can set one up myself. I am used to playing Counter-strike Source, and a cfg file made The game work for me. I'm doing ok right now, but titan mode is major lag for my pc. Also, i only have 1 stick of 1gb ddr2 ram, and i know Battlefield games process lots of data, so another Gig will probably make a huge difference. Any other beginner tips would be appreciated!

Welcome Insidious, look forward to hitting the battlefield with you. When I first started I found this site: http://bf2142.com/content/Main_Page, TONS of info, tips and how to's. As far as titan lag goes, a lot of people have this issue, it is just part of playing titan sometimes. If someone would post the tweaks page that I have seen from time to time that would be great, i don't remember the link. There are some tweaks out there that will help with your FPS in titan. Hi guys,

Just ran into the TG servers a few days ago. Most times have been completely demolished, but it's a good way to learn (going to take ages to improve my stats now though ><)

Will try to get my headset working and hopefully get a slot on you servers when you are not completely full up.

And I promise not to ignore SL orders to assault a point because I see an opportunity to blow up enemy assets.......only to realise at the last moment they are *our* assets....(pay attention to which team you spawned as).

Hello TG. I am a new player to Battlefield 2142 and TacticalGamer. TG was one of the first servers I've hopped onto since getting the game a few days ago and I find myself coming back to it every time. I've decided to learn the Recon class first. It's been an enjoyable server. If you see me on the server, feel free to say hello. Hopefully if you're on the other team you just simply never see me until it is too late, though.
