Re: New to TG? Drop a "HI"
Hey all, I've been playing some Dystopia and other HL2 mods with TG for a while and just built a new computer. I got BF2142 and I've been playing a lot on the TG conquest server lately. I play as FillTheDrain and currently enjoy being a squad member, haven't tried Commander yet, and only SL a few times, so I'm not too sure about those positions, but I am a great healer, killer, and reviver.
Talk to ya in the game,
-Drain

Re: New to TG? Drop a "HI"
Hey I've been playing In your server for awhile so I was hoping I could join you guys and become a full TG member. I'm very dedicated and a mature player. So what do I really have to do is my question?
(Do I only have to register? I'll Be In The Server Send Me a Tell)

Re: New to TG? Drop a "HI"
Hello all,
I've been playing on this server (as exclusively as I can -- the server fills fast) about since BF2142 was released. I know I'm just echoing the thoughts of the others here, but TG truly brings these games to a whole other level of enjoyment.
Please look for me in game, and kill me any time.

Re: New to TG? Drop a "HI"
Hey, the tacticalgamer servers are my favorite place to play. At first I messed around on the pubs when I got the game for Christmas and the game was just ok. After playing around on the tacticalgamer server where people actually use teamwork and follow orders its a lot more fun and the games are usually somewhat even for the most part.

It's great playing on this server, I must say. Have a lot of fun, and it's great playing with people who play tactically instead of the usual bumrush servers.

By participating in the forums and abiding by the server rules and SOP's you are a member of the community. If you are asking how you become a supporting member then click on the User CP and "Paid Subscriptions" on the left hand side. There are a few options on how to become a supporting member. Being an SM is by no means required to participate in the community.
Welcome everyone else! You guys in 2142 have been very busy it seems. Every time I look in this thread there are several new people. Awesome stuff!Retired 6th DB

...and Hello from me...
Just signed up in order to learn from the immense strategic/tactic knowledge built up on this site.
Have been playing Team Fortress (my favorite) years ago, followed by Counterstrike, although less than on TFC. Haven't been shooting online since the last 3-4 years until I recently bought BF2142.
Got my first promotions and badges (armor) in the first 2 hours of play. Still find BF2142 way more complicated than TFC or CS. Getting to know the maps and distinquish team mates and foes is the first difficulty.
Anyways, I like the promotion/award thingie and it keeps me trying for harder.
Hope to see ya around on the battlefields and please appologize my noob questions in the future.
Cheers

Hey, I'll be getting Battlefield 2142 in a few days and I look forward to gaming with TG. I had a lot of fun playing on your server with Dystopia.
