The <sch> would be kinda right when pronounced as <sk>, but also as <sh> (neither actually are right).
The <a> indeed is like the german-like <a>, as in <Ha!>, so LeFrancoy, you are correct in that.
Listen to this (www dictionarist.com/schamp) (press the little speaker-icon next to the word), forget about the <mp> (though you don't really hear the m). Then you've got the first syllable. <fie> is just as in <.fie.ld>.

I'm new to TG & new to online gaming in general including BF2142. I like the way TG operates & it's desire to make a "realistic" gaming experience, I'm looking forward to learning a lot here.

Been bleeding Green for a long time now, looking forward to another Cup on the 29th. I've got a lot of respect for the Als, they'll be tough to beat at the Grey Cup.

I've played a couple games on the TG server & have had a blast, got our butts handed to us every time, but had fun just the same. It's nice playing with mature guys (and girls) who believe in using tactics vs random blasting - my biggest pet peeve playing online.
I'm looking forward to learning a lot more playing online at TG.
