Hi I'm New to TG been playing on the 2142 server as Lunnbeliveable and Lunnderdawg This is my first online game experience, I really prefer the squad play and teamwork on the TG server compared to the other 2142 servers I've tried. Do you have any ettiquette posts , i occasionaly get kicked and am not sure if I am messing something up I would also be interested in some info on setting up team speak , I have it installed and can hear through the headset but cant get the mic to work during the game.

Welcome to TG. TG implements a "supporting member kick," that removes the longest playing non-SM to make room for an SM. It happens and is not a result of you actions in game.

Information on the TeamSpeak server can be found here. 2142 has its dedicated channel for reporting to admins and talking in between rounds. Reading up on our SOPs and server rules is a great place to start.

Remember, TG is a community, not a clan.

Hey Guys, I'm a long time lurker on your forums and I finally decided to sign up.
I'm a 38 year old gamer living in the D.C. area. I've played everything from the early stuff, like Raid on Bungling Bay, Quake, UT, EQ, WoW, CoD, and now Eve, BF2142 and Modern Warfare 2. I've always enjoyed studying the tactics of the games I play. I'm also looking forward to the next generation of squad/objective based FPS, like Global Agenda and Brink.
I've always found your forums full of useful advice on gaming tactics, and I like the mature and friendly attitude of your community.
I hope to get to know a few of you and perhaps see you on the BF2142 server; my callsign is beeftaco... it was a late night when I registered and I couldn't come up with anything creative.

Hi everyone i dont actuly play bf2142 just need a forum to troll around in while at work and insun from the 8th recomended this one so il hang out in the corrner till 1943 comes out then il be joining some of you in game

And since i'm tired of playing alone or in squads that don't do anything particular and don't talk, i think i'll play more and more on teamplay dedicated servers like yours.
