Hey guys, new TG player here. I just got Northern Strike so I am trying to get the feel for 2142 again after playing Project Reality almost exclusively for a few months now. Love the game. I guess you cant complain too loudly about more content for $10 (well we can but theres no point) but its a much different pace than I am used to so I will try to keep up.

Hello TG!

Just wanted to drop ya'll a line and tell you how much I enjoy playing on the TG server. I like how the server forces people to join up and work toghter. Keep's the "lone wolfs" away. Reminds me alot of our tribe's old Tribes 1 server "Strana Mechty". Anyway, thanks again for the great servers.

I've been playing on the tacticalgamer servers this last week. I've had fun playing with the members. Especially true in games like this one where squad-play makes it all the more fun.

Hi there,

Im cyberzomby, 19 years old and just seen a bunch of vid's on youtube from silver.

I'd love to teamplay the way the people on that video played together without having all the fuss of a hard core gaming clan. Thats just not my thing anymore. I just want to play with people who enjoy using real world tactics in a video game.

I hope I can play with you guys soon !

Also hope the server is in the Uk

and do I need teamspeak?

Hey there guys. Welcome to TG. Just make sure you read all the standard stuff like the stickies etc.
In answer to cyberzombys questions: no the TG server is not in the UK, so you'll probably get pings like 100-150 (assuming you do live in the UK) and you don't need teamspeak to play on the server. A microphone is recommended for playing on the server, though.

I have got a microphone and I think its much easier to just use voip intead of meating up on ts all the time

Yep VoIP is nicer for ingame talk for sure. TS is mostly used for reporting players who not abide the rules. Cool to see a new Euro member, by the way. (I am Dutch myself)

TS is also nessery for massed compatitions and training programs like TGU. Importently, use TS for reports and training only. Use your own channel if you want to chat away with your buddies. We need to keep chatter down so people can hear thier teammates on the battlefield.

Hi! I'm not exactly new to TG, nor am I a supporting member per say. I bet you all have seen me a around (since TG is the only server(s) I play, and the only squads I join...if i have the choice).

I'm actually looking to join the Irregulars... my roommate (Reaperassualt) told me it was easy. Anyway, this is my first "official" hi, so...
