I think you'll be pleasantly surprised: that it runs at all.

I have an iMac, 2ghz, 3gbRAM, 128AMD Gpu. Nearly all settings have to be lowest.

I did just work out how to make it widescreen though.

Of course, if you have a superior Gpu, you might have a better time of it.

Yeah, im pretty mad, i literally missed the fedex delivery guy by 10 seconds so i called customer support and they were going to try and see if he could come back to my house. but i most likely have to wait till tomorrow!

My computer is almost identical to yours, and I have almost all my settings maxed, and only experience reduced performance during an Orbital directly above me. Are you sure it's your processor/graphics card thats the problem? You may be behind a firewall or have some problem with your connection.

Yeah i was gonna say that on my old crappy dell it ran just fine so why wouldnt it run well on my nice imac

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum but have been playing the Tactical Gamer conquest server for more than half a year (maybe a year, I don't' know).
My in-game name is DieNacht (it was suppose to be Finsternis, like all my other games, but someone took it).

EDIT: is it possible for me to change my forum name without having to create a new account?
Can I ask an admin for something like that? Thanks.

Glad to see you on the forum mate! Make yourself feel comfortable and ask any kinda question that may show up in your mind. Make sure you take a look at the Rules and SOPs and the Gentleman agreement. They should be listed here somewhere in that thread

Hey everyone! Just found your website and signed up today. I'm still learning all the ins and outs of the 2142 game. This is my first FPS and live online computer game. Do you have a page where all the 2142 slang and terms are listed? I see a lot of acronyms, slang, or code words of things that are banned and have no idea what they mean-so I'm just curious to their meaning. Some of us baby-boomers are new to online gaming and may not be up to date with the current game lingo! Please be patient with us newbies who are still learning. Cheers!
