Official TG Buddy List for BF2142

The buddy list system is a new feature in Battlefield 2142 that enables a player to see in the menu menu of BF2142 if their friends are online, what server they are on and then double click to join that server. Its like simple Xfire functionality, built into the game.

An automated system is in place to get your soldier name on the list. You can add or remove yourself from the list using the followng commands:

To add yourself to the list, send a PM to BF2142 Buddy List with "BF2142 Buddy List ADD" as the subject (no quotes, case sensitive). As the message body you should put:
Soldier name 1;Soldier name 2;...;Soldier name n
Eg.
Yourname;Yourname[ES];Yourname[RA]

To remove yourself, do the same, but with a subject of "BF2142 Buddy List REMOVE". Any solder names listed will be deleted, if none are left afterwards your whole entry will be removed. To remove your name completely, set the message body as ";" (no quotes)

If the bot is causing problems send a PM with the subject "STOP" and the message body as the reason. This will prevent the bot from processing any other messages received, so please only do so if it is actually causing problems.

If after 48 hours the list has not been updated with your name you may post in this topic and have it done manually, but you must state that you are posting because the bot has failed, otherwise you will be directed to read this post again.

TacticalWiki BF2142

* Buddy list search works on playername and does not use the clan prefix.
Eg ‘TG7th Troublesome4u’, the 5 character prefix ‘TG7th’ is excluded.
So just the playername ‘Troublesome4u’ should be on our TacticalWiki buddy list.
