Awesome!

Does it take a restart to change game modes, or can it be done on the fly? It'd be nice to mix up Titan and Conquest.

Titan mode is limited to 48 players, so while we can mix the gamemodes, we cannot mix the sizes, so would be left playing 48 player Conquest. Which may be ok as well.

I thought the game isn't going to get released until tomorrow. Is it out in stores today Oct. 18?

They have it in stores but not on the shelves. I just went into Best Buy and asked for a copy and they went in back and brought one out.
