Nah, the server needs a little bit more power, or run some conquest maps until it gets those upgrades... Titan mode requires more power from server side in order to track some of the additional stuff...
It cannot be the clients since everybody on the server was lagging once the server started to get fuller. Just like the demo Titan server. Everything will be figured out and taken care of pretty soon thanks to great management.

I don't believe so. The server is just running according to EA's standards, so EA allows it to be ranked.
