It is interesting to note Sarc`s attitude towards these ads though.

It will be intresting to see what kind of exposure ads will have in the game. I still havent seen any ads. Its a little strange that they havent switched it on yet.

But I was thinking how many places I everyday see ads and dont realise it.

Logos on cloths
Billboards on roads
Banners online
TV
Busses
Taxis
Trains
Busstops
Shop Windows
Newspaper

The good thing about computer games in all this is that some hacker most likely will find away to disable them.

But will that hacker cause issues with punkbuster which in turn keeps disconnecting you. That's what I'm hoping they [hackers] can work around.

Actually, I own shares in Ubisoft. I want this ad thing to catch on so Ubisoft will start doing it too. They'll make more money so I can make more money.

As long as it doesn't affect gameplay I'm not worried about the ads. Knowing EA it will probably affect gameplay, but only until the 12th patch. :/

I didn't even notice the ads until everybody kept posting about it. Now I notice all those join PAC/EU billboards everywhere. I'm usually bored and seeding the titan server when this happens though.

Ads are no big deal. Accept them or reject them. The only way to stop it is to not play the game. Otherwise, EA is going to know you don't care enough about playing with ads.

Just try your best never to place your crosshair over the ad. If ads don't do well in the game, then EA won't keep placing ads in the game. And the only way they know if ads are doing good is if you look at them.
