Stats, awards, rank not being updated

Hey all...just a heads up as I'm sure everyone is experiencing the same thing: Hardly any of my stats are being updated. My rank is 2 ranks behind. I am missing 8 of my 9 awards. None of my pins are there.

I've tried disconnecting for an hour and reconnecting without any luck.

Same here, from what i've heard from other TGs and pubbies, it's game-wide.

yea im missing like 4 or five pins, but that was from the first day so im throwing that up to first day blues lol. Not a big deal, i can always get em again. I did however keep all the badges i earned from the second day and all my ranks are there so hopefuly it should catch up.

Wouldn't that suck if you played for several days and because of EA's usual crap you lost it all and had to start over

Yeah my points are listed as 231/40 or something like that. I should receive a couple ranks but they haven't been processed.

That is happening to me on BF2. I have'nt gotten a rank in 4 months, I called tech support and they said nothing is wrong. I'm playing on ranked servers and still my score does not post. I think it's a bug in the game and they know it and have'nt been able to fix it.

I did notice that some stuff didn't post until a map or two later. But my unlocks always worked when I selected them, and I had everyone for the next map. BAdges and ribbons are nice, but we are here for the goodies right?

I was not being credited with anything but points; no ranks, unlocks or pins. I created a new soldier, and was able to promote up through Gunner Gold in the game, but it does not show in BFHQ. It does show unlocks now, just not rank or awards. Very frustrating.

I just talked to EA. They said call back after 72 hours have passed without your stats showing and they will let you talk to someone in the accounts department to sort it out.

How convienent for them since the game hasn't been out for 72 hours...

AFTER 72 hours lol. Badges and pins and the like are actually very good as you get more career points from them, helping you rank up faster. You can check on what you need to get each award in the awards page.

This is purely anecdotal and could well be based on pure coincidence but the first server i played on after uninstalling the demo credited me with all 4 of the ranks i was due within 4 kills.

If you are owed ranks, when you go to a different server, every time you get a point you gain one of the ranks.

Lorian...that is certainly not the case for me. I'm still owed two ranks and don't get them regardless of which servers I go to. Also, as mentioned earlier, I'm missing at least 11 awards now which are probably worth several hundred points.

Just saw a little message in 2142 saying that they are aware of the issue with stats and have already resolved the ranking up issue...

Yeah, same happening to me, but that's what EA said...
