Fix for Titan mode CTD at round end

As has been reported by many server admins, setting the titan mode server to 1 round per map stops everyone from being dumped to the desktop.

Workaround... for now.

Is the titan server going to be switched to 1 round per map or are we waiting for a 1.06 hotfix? Some people have seen DICE testing the hotfix already.

Shouldn't be a long wait. According to the news ticker in 2142 hotfix 1.06 should be releasd 8:00am(PST) today
