PAC attack
I played several rounds tonight as PAC, and pretty much every map is PAC attacking EU. I gets very dull losing every time (yup, didn't win a single round tonight). What ever happened to the team switching thing?

Re: PAC attack
This odd bug became all too common after the patch and was cured by turning off team switching. Also its now one round per map.
Advantage is you can stay in the same squad through several maps. Our squad did well for a few rounds didn't we ? Even if our team were losing

Re: PAC attack
In addition, it's alot more difficult to form Learn TG squads as the squads don't change after each round. That's a big disadvantage for us.

Re: PAC attack
Yeah, I played with both you and Panzer as SLs yesterday, that's why I didn't attempt to switch to EU. Still, it'd be nice to win every once in a while...

Re: PAC attack
I don't know what DICE was thinking when they made PAC be the underdog in every 'assault' map. Why didn't they make an even number of PAC and EU assault maps where the other team owns all the flags and choke points are easy?
I will be happy when we can go back to the team switching, 2 round maps.

Re: PAC attack
It was to my understanding that all the maps have the EU attacking PAC assets.
If the EU has less land than the PAC, then all the underdog maps make sense. It's a war of survival, after all. |

Re: PAC attack
Is all about breaking through. If you can break through a chokepoint then they will be forced to split their forces. Most times with a good defence you will only need maybe 1 of their back flags to break them up enough to give you the advantage in tickets.

Re: PAC attack
Problem is, when playing against a bunch of TG guys, it can be nearly impossible to actually break though.

Re: PAC attack
Well Lorian that's if the other team has a good number of TG guys and if they happen to be near the chokepoint. Otherwise, well...for me it's been lopsided. I'm always on the team with 2 or 3 TG guys, and the other team is composed of quite a few TG guys. We get swamped, loose, and well, it repeats round after round because the teams don't get swapped anymore.
