I just played a few rounds on the TG server

And I must say...I'm incredibly impressed.

The teamwork was unbelievable. The commander sent his commands and the Squad Leaders did as they were told. Everyone in the squad stuck together and gave eachother support (i.e. first aid, repairs, re-supplies, etc.)

I went server hopping for forever the day I got it (which was yesterday), and squad I was in was very uncooperative. They all had their own agenda; everybody tried to be a hero by themselves.

Thanks for a great experience guys. You've made a believer out of me! Now it's time to grab myself a member slot.

Yay another pubbie saved! Welcome to TG. Read over the server rules and SOP's and make sure to join TG led squads. That will make your time on the TG servers awesome.

Welcome, and exactly the same thoughts I had when I finally ran into the TG server. Like Wimp said, check the rules and FAQs. Membership is subscription based. Just FYI.

Once you've played a bit on the TG server going back to the other pubs is like playing an entirely different game.

Glad you found your way here

It's too bad I'm always on the side that never has a commander . That's always a good and bad thing because I could apply...and nobody care that I'm a noob and get some Commander practice in. I actually won my first round as a commander last night. Thanks to everyone on my team. You guys did a great job. I'm still a noob.

Don't sweat it CHaf. Of course supporting members help, and + out to those that can contribute; but don't underestimate the support that NON-SMs like yourself provide. By following the rules and providing an enjoyable environment for everyone, you might just be the one who convinces someone else to become a supporting member! This goes double for SMs, those who wear the TG tag are held to a higher standard than "pubbie/vistor", and are expected to play accordingly. So don't be too bummed out Chaf; we are happy to have you here, SM or not.
