As both Bom and Poker just said. There is no pressure at all into becoming a SM. I played on the server a few times before "willingly" becoming a SM because I found a comunity that I actually want to belong to. Not because I wanted my reserved slot. I became an SM even before the script was up.
If something happened more than likely it was game related and not TG related as you might think.
And as poker stated the goal of the server is to provide an enjoyable atmosphere.

Personally, I have no clue who is a SM and who isn't. I'm way too lazy to engage in vast conspiracies to force people to become SMs.
If you were kicked after two or three minutes, it was for a rules violation. The best way to avoid these kicks is to play by the rules. A secret alt soldier won't help.
