I've been CO'ing in the mornings, but it's tough without File or Eroak to kick a few that don't cooperate (usually ends up giving 1 or 2 good rounds).

Bah, daithi just used my cheat sheet I posted here

but yes, having a TGer at the helm with VOIP is better then someone who doesn't use VOIP at all.The soldier formerly known as, Eroak.
