CQ Server Not the Same Since Patch - Lag!
Has anyone else noticed that the servers are lagging now that the 1.1 patch has been applied? It may not be bad for some people but, it's bad enough, period, if it was not there before. And... Well, it was not there before.

Honestly.. I think it is a tad better. Then again my avg ping looks like 21.

Hm, I had about a 20-30 ping last night...which is about the same as usual. Dunno what the problem is. =/

I noticed a little frame rate chugging for a little bit (5 minutes), but it was fine overall.

i think the patch application messes up your settings... Make sure your connection is set to Cable/DSL instead of T1...
I am not saying but my brother's settings were changed after about 3 reinstalls I finally concluded that I was making the mistake of not going into Options first...
Just my guess,

It's been very smooth for me since the patch.

I think it's smoother for me as well.

Re: CQ Server Not the Same Since Patch - Lag!
I had a lag problem a few weeks back - all of a sudden my ping jumped up to 250+ when I'm usually around 100. Reconnects didn't seem to help. It only lasted for a few days though. Some other people reported problems at that time too. Maybe it was some sort of network issue between the server and I? See if it gets better in a day or two.

Re: CQ Server Not the Same Since Patch - Lag!
Hmmm, I will check my settings then. I can't believe I'm the only one dragging butt in the server since the update.

Re: CQ Server Not the Same Since Patch - Lag!
Only lag I get is when my brother goes into damn myspace and youtube. My ping goes up into the 1000s. I'm in half a mind of bloking those sites from my router.

Re: CQ Server Not the Same Since Patch - Lag!
Hmm, that's interesting. I haven't noticed any lag, but then again I get single digit pings, so how would I know? (I live in Virginia, baby!)
